Last few days for delivery before Christmas break!

Thank you to all of you who have ordered this week. I got the majority of your orders filled and posted on Tues, 4 days early, to try and make sure you get them in time for Christmas. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed!
I’m going to do one more trip to the Post Office on Monday 21st Dec which is the last postage day before Christmas - but please use 1st Class postage if you place your order to stand a chance of getting it before Christmas! (Obviously if you order 2nd Class I’ll still post it on Monday!)
The 21st is officially Royal Mail’s last postage date HOWEVER I am informed by my local friendly postie that in some areas there is a delay of up to 2 weeks on parcels (but Royal Mail won’t tell them which areas). As you know I’ve been sending out my little bundles of chilli joy regularly and have only encountered 1 delayed parcel so far (famous last words eh?) but it was delivered and a huge sigh of relief was released! Whilst we make every effort we can to get your orders to you, even occasionally turning them around in 20 minutes to catch the post, we’d love to guarantee your parcels arrive by Christmas but we simply can’t so please bare that in mind when you order. We are a small home business not Amazon! I track every order we post but cannot make Royal Mail deliver them any faster so if you are unlucky to have a delay please be patient!
On the other hand if you’re panicking to get your hands on our Bongo’s before Christmas swing by Delamere Forest and come and pick them up. You can order using our Click and Collect option and get your chillis from our house in a safe and socially distanced manor. And if your passing I need literally 20 mins to get it ready for you - so it’s practically instant.
Hmmm maybe I should install a Bongo’s Chilli Vending Machine at the end of the drive??? A job for next year???
