Bongo's Sticky Ginger Chicken (Wings)

It looks like the perfect day for a BBQ!

You will need:

Chicken wings (can use thighs, breast etc etc - or any meat or veg of your choice)

1 jar of ChilliJAMjaro

3-4 tbl spoons of Dark Soya Sauce

Spring onions chopped finely

Fresh Ginger 3cm square peeled and chopped

 

Method:

In a mixing bowl mix together the ChilliJAMjaro, Soya Sauce, Spring onions and ginger and add the chicken. Marinade in the fridge for at least a couple of hours. You can even prep the day before and  leave it overnight if you wish.

Cook the wings on a BBQ, grill or in the oven (if in the oven cover with foil for 1st 20 mins) - please ensure that the chicken (if you're using it) is thoroughly cooked before serving!
