Our 1st trip over to Plassey Farmers Market

Bongo & I piled our pickles into the travelling VDub and nipped over to North Wales today as we were invited to the 3rd Plassey Farmers Market near Wrexham. This new but becoming regular Farmers Market is run by rare breed, award-winning sausage producer Mike Ford from Pen-Y-Lan Pork. A seasoned food producer, Mike only invites folks who make their own goods (nothing bought in at this market) and there's only ever one producer of each kind there. So we felt very honoured to be invited to take Bongo's on the road to North Wales and join them! We had a great time, everyone there is really friendly, very knowledgable about what they do so do pop down next time and check out this great new farmers market!
