I met with the owners today to give them a taste and they love our products. Matta’s International Foods is the home of the freshest products to fill customer’s Arabic, African, Indian and Caribbean tastes. But way too different from the success it has been enjoying now, it has stemmed from a humble beginning.

And so the shop's story begins…
50 years ago, it was the dream of a couple Mr. and Mrs. Matta to build their own store. And truly, this has been materialized. They have opened a small shop to serve their well-loved customers.
Because of their dedication to bringing customers the best quality products that they can never find anywhere else, their business has grown. They are truly appreciative of their customer’s support which has brought them immense success.
30 years later, they have moved their shop to a more strategic location in the city. The shop competes with the busy streets of Liverpool in England as it is located in the busy Bold Street. Along with the big leap on their business, they have also changed its name to Matta's International Foods.
Now, the couple has retired and has left the family business with their children Anjana, Deepak and Dalip but the quality of their services is left unchanged.
